Exile and Imagination began during the COVID19 pandemic when we all found ourselves at home and time and space was freed up from our normal routines. During this time many people began to ask questions about a variety of issues and this seemed like a great opportunity to gather people together to talk around different issues.
As we go forward Exile and Imagination will continue to be a place to explore questions with others. From creativity to politics, the environment to whiteness. We want to open up the conversations around these things and more with people who can offer insight and lived experience in these areas.
